Real Bronze Ironmongery

Please note, these are not “bronze coloured” or “bronze effect” items, but solid, cast bronze products, manufactured here in the UK using traditional methods and finished by hand. Each item is individually quality checked at the end of production and doesn’t leave the factory until the finish quality has been checked, ensuring that each item is of the highest quality and truly unique.

Bronze Window and Door Furniture is available in three solid bronze finishes:

Real Bronze Metal Antique 

A sand casting of solid bronze, manufactured using traditional methods. These products are then aged prematurely using heat and then highly polished to give an array of beautiful colours.

 Polished Bronze – Gunmetal

Polished bronze (often known as “Gunmetal”) is a sand casting of solid bronze, manufactured using traditional methods and then hand-polished very highly.

Gunmetal products are available with either a clear lacquered coating, or unlacquered, to allow oxidisation ageing to occur.

Tudor Bronze

Another sand casting of solid bronze, aged prematurely using heat and traditionally produced to simulate a manufacturing process of a bygone era.

We get most of the real bronze range made up bespoke for your order. we ask that you therefore please allow approximately four to six weeks for manuafture and delivery.
